EL VIENTO VUELVE LOCAS LAS CABEZAS es una historia de ciclomotores trucados en una ardiente carretera de un polígono industrial murciano que nunca llegó a realizarse, de contratistas piratas, de constructores arruinis y suicidatis, de campos de golf y urbanizaciones fantasma, de chatarreros con perros atados a un chasis que ladran al sol agotados de esperar el fin, de inmigrantes temporeros que viven bajo un trozo de plástico, de exceso de agroquímicos, de psicotrópicas fumigaciones con chemtrails, de desiertos de lagartos pero sin lagartos, de políticos corruptos pero campechanos, de patriotas de bar, de castas y caspas pueblerinas y de caciquismos ancestrales en el s.XXI.
